Team intro
Established in 1996 in Six Nations, Grand River Teritory. The Frog Pond Maulers have remained one of Grand River Territory's premier travel club teams.
The Maulers have a long history in competition, fresh off the club's 3rd Six Nations Dreamcatcher championship in 2025 the team is eager to add to an illustrious 8x Haudenosaunee Nations Cup Championships, 1x Music City Championship, as well as two Top-4 finishes at LAXNAI.
With the team celebrating its 30th Anniversary the Maulers are hopeful to improve on their 9th place finish. The Maulers have become a stepping stone for some of the Haudenosaunee nations greatest stars to hone their craft with players like Kim Squire, Clay Hill, Tyson Bomberry, Brendan Bomberry, Austin Staats, Doug Jamieson, Sgahendade Martin, and Travis Longboat having all represented the community with the Maulers.
The Maulers are led by Captain Danton Miller up front, aided by young up and coming stars Kariwanoro Squire and Rakawineh Elijah, along with a veteran presence led by Colin Joe Hall’s extensive resume. With the exciting return of Josh Miller Jr, former professional Wayne VanEvery and the ever dangerous Skkylar Thomas the Maulers are looking to impress with their offensive prowess.
On defence, the Maulers boast a wealth of championship experience and are led by veterans and assistant captains Mike McLaughlin and Rodd Squire with 30 Presidents Cup appearances between them. The Maulers have also bulked up the back end anchored by Presidents Cup champion Keegan Thomas and the additions of former Haudenosaunee Nationals players Oakley Thomas and NLL Champion Adam Bomberry. Aided by new up and coming stars the Maulers are eager for contact.
The Frog Pond Maulers are very excited to be welcomed back to Czechia and wish everyone a great competition. #ROLLPOND
