Team registration

The team registration process for 2027 is closed.

There are 24 slots for teams in the tournament. The top 15 teams according to the final standings receive an invitation for the following annual. The two best European teams that are not within the AHM 2026 top 15 will receive an invitation to the AHM 2027 if they finish among the Frank Menschner Cup 2026 top 5 teams. The "European Team" is a team from an established European lacrosse club or a national team representing a European country. In this way we want to support lacrosse hubs that are developing and strengthening the grassroots level of the game. Touring teams or ad hoc teams are not eligible. If a team qualified through FMC does not accept the invitation, the invitation is NOT passed on to the next FMC team in line.

It does not mean that teams finishing 16th–24th in the AHM are banned from participating the next year. They can apply for the spot again, and they will be included in the pool from which the tournament board selects teams who receive the invitation for the remaining slots.

Our aim is to attract the top lacrosse players and teams to raise the tournament level to the highest possible level, but at the same time we want to include a wide and colorful range of participants from all over the world in order to promote and develop the game. We are happy that the tournament is a place where players from various countries and of various levels meet and gather, learn, and share their experiences.

Individual players still seeking a spot in a participating team in 2027 can fill out this form. The tournament does not organize a pick-up team and we expect that the majority of the teams have a stable core of players. Anyway, from time to time, some teams look for additional players. You can introduce yourself here and team managers may invite you to fill in free spots on their rosters. We cannot guarantee that you will get a spot this way.
