LCC Ants players draw teams for the Aleš Hřebeský Memorial 2023 Round-Robin Groups.

The rule not allowing two Czech teams in one round-robin group was applied.

Gold B: SK Lacrosse Jižní Město (CZE), Green Gaels (CAN), Alberta Warriors (CAN)
Gold C: German Shepherds (GER), Tel Aviv LC (ISR), Glasgow Clydesiders (SCO)
Gold D: Nova Scotia Privateers (CAN), Megamen (USA), LC Custodes (CZE)

Silver A: GSI Grizzlies (NOR), Helan Går Lacrosse (SWE/intl.), Istanbul Sultans (TUR/intl.)
Silver B: Belgium Axemen (BEL), Adler Lacrosse (intl.), Riggers (IRL)
Silver C: Six Nation River Rats (HDN), London Knights (ENG), Jagged Mountain (USA/intl.)
Silver D: Canada Selects (CAN), The Flying Dutchmen (NED), Moon Bears (USA)
